What You Need to Know

Museum Address

260 Adelaide Street East
Toronto, Ontario
Canada
M5A 1N1

How to Get Here

Toronto’s First Post Office is just a few minutes’ walk from King Station, or take the 504 Streetcar (along King St.) to Jarvis St. We are one block north (to Adelaide St.) and a block and a half east (between Frederick St. and George St.), on the north side of the street.

Accessibility

There is a stair-free entrance at the rear of the building. Enter the courtyard behind the Post Office building from the laneway just east of 262 Adelaide, or just south of the Post House Condo on George Street. Push through the black gate and follow the stamps on the ground. Look for our ramp and a sign that says “Toronto’s First Post Office.”
