Jessica has been the Executive Director of Toronto’s First Post Office since January 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Queen’s University and a Master’s of Museum Studies Degree from the University of Leicester. Prior to working with Toronto’s First Post Office, Jessica held the position of Museum Coordinator at Baycrest Health Sciences. She has experience in all areas of museum management, including exhibitions, collections, outreach, and events. Jessica is passionate about the impact museums can make in their communities, and has worked in several museums in Toronto and England.  As Executive Director of Toronto’s First Post Office, Jessica oversees all aspects of daily operations, including budgeting, grant management, fundraising, and staff leadership.

Rebecca joined the TFPO team in July 2022, bringing on board her versatile experience in the museum sector. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours History from McMaster University, a Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University and an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Museum and Gallery Studies from Georgian College. Combining her skills as an Ontario Certified Teacher and museum professional, her past positions at various museums across Ontario and BC have allowed her to specialize and grow her skills within the field. As Museum Coordinator, Rebecca manages all aspects of museum operations including collections management, education programming, exhibit design, event organization, research, and curatorial practices.

Initially starting behind the Postal Counter as a part time clerk in 2021, Devin was promoted to be TFPO's full time Retail Coordinator in January 2022. He holds an Ontario College Diploma in Business Logistics from George Brown College. Using his extensive experience in customer service and advanced business background, Devin has transformed our once tiny shop into a thriving stationery hub; drawing in museum goers and paper lovers alike. As Retail Coordinator, Devin manages all aspects of the Post Office and Gift Shop, including stock, PO Box Rentals, clerk management, and accounting.
