ALEXANDRA MILLER-GERRARD, Executive Director
Alex has experience across various aspects of the museum sector, including education programming, collections management, administration, and project management. Prior to joining the Toronto’s First Post Office (TFPO) team in January 2023, Alex led the Learning Institute project at the Holocaust Education Centre and managed the library collection at the Canadian Automotive Museum. As Executive Director at TFPO, Alex oversees all aspects of daily operations, including budgeting, grant management, fundraising, and staff leadership.
REBECCA RIZZO, Museum Coordinator
Rebecca joined the TFPO team in July 2022 bringing on board her versatile experience in the museum sector. Her past positions allowed her to specialize and grow her skills in education programming, collections management, exhibition design, and curatorial practices. Before arriving at TFPO, Rebecca had the privilege of working at various museums in Ontario and BC, combining her skills as an Ontario Certified Teacher and museum professional. As Museum Coordinator, Rebecca manages all aspects of museum operations which includes collections, exhibitions, education, programming, events, and curatorial responsibilities.
DEVIN RAM, Retail Coordinator
Initially starting behind the postal counter in 2021, Devin was promoted to be our Retail Coordinator in January 2023. A graduate of George Brown College’s Business Logistics program, Devin manages all aspects of the Post Office and Gift Shop. Using his keen eye, extensive experience in customer service, and business background Devin has expanded our once tiny shop into a thriving stationery hub; drawing in museum goers and stationery lovers alike. His management of the Post Office allows for everything to run smoothly and efficiently ensuring that stock is always available for our diverse range of customers.
